Xmudder -> Crash on openeing research screen (3/3/2013 11:20:04 PM)

I am running 1.7.0.16 legends. Peridicly my game will hang with a bug that seems to be caused by running out of memory when opening the research screen. I can click continue or show details. The only way to escape is to tab out and close, or somtimes close from program manager.
It happens every few hours, but not consistantly, and it has happened when I was jumping around research screens trying to figure out which research bases to scrap.
