1) What size forces do you control? - I see it is squad.

2) Does the A.I. control allied troops?

3) Is there an editor?

4) Any plans for multiplayer?

5) How big are the maps?

6) Are there different zoom levels?

7) How long are the individual turns in real time?

8) Can you replay the turns?

9) Is the game fully 3-d with rotating perspective?

10) How many hours of gameplay?

11) Any chance of a Demo scenario?

I have more but am curious about these.

Rosseau -> RE: Some Questions (3/8/2013 9:23:29 PM)

A console game; no pbem, no editor mentioned on product page. Also, the low price says a lot. I will wait for the Battle Academy DLC [:)]

general_solomon -> RE: Some Questions (3/8/2013 10:02:51 PM)

it would really help all of us on the fence if someone posted gameplay video of the final product. I have seen gameplay vids on utube but they are from november.

ComradeP -> RE: Some Questions (3/8/2013 11:20:56 PM)

I'm somewhat interested, although even though the store page calls it "realistic", it looks like a(n) (even) more arcadey wargame than something like Battle Academy, with the minimal engagement ranges in the fight between the Sherman and the Tiger II on the screenshots.

general_solomon -> RE: Some Questions (3/9/2013 2:09:15 AM)

agreed, this is a good game to introduce young players. what i would like to see a is a close combat game but turn-based.

with no modding capabilities this game is going fade into oblivion very soon.

Deadmoon -> RE: Some Questions (3/9/2013 7:30:47 PM)

1) What size forces do you control? - I see it is squad.

Itīs a...number of guys. There are a number of "slots" for each mission. About eight but certain type of mission only allows two or three slots. These can be either a solder or a vehicle.

2) Does the A.I. control allied troops?

There doesnīt seem to be any other troops that your own so i guess no.

5) How big are the maps?

Not too big neither small.

6) Are there different zoom levels?

You can slightly zoom in but not too much.

7) How long are the individual turns in real time?

I didnīt see any real time here! Just good old fashioned turns.

8) Can you replay the turns?

Nope.

9) Is the game fully 3-d with rotating perspective?

Yes.

Deadmoon -> RE: Some Questions (3/9/2013 7:33:33 PM)

Take in count that this is a VERY light tactical game. It reminds me somehow of the classic "Commandos" game but donīt expect a realistic depiction of ww2.

Itīs quite fun (and hard) too. Not the game i was expecting but it would give some amusement.

Just donīt take it seriously. Itīs sponsored by History Channel, for Christīs sake!!!
