We now have FilePlanet hosting Starships Unlimited Divided Galaxies Patch 2.0.

Not only can you d/l from them but they also offer a service by which you can have the patch burnt to a disc and then that disc mailed to you. Which in the case of you guys using dial up connections will to some degree help you. If you live outside the USA you will need to check with Fileplanet if this service is offered.
