What is exactly the difference between "next move" and "next turn" options? They have the same tooltip.

Also, it seems that I can shoot with one ship all the time ignoring all the rest. Is this WAD?

And is it just me or is Naval combat inherently broken? 75% of turns nothing happens, it's just boring clicking with no effects...

Surface actions are few and far between. It's a problem with the game right now, for sure.

Next turn = next round of naval action for that battle; next move = your next move of a ship - I think.

They don't seem to be that few, actually I get quite a lot of battles, just nothing happens in them...

So next turn would skip some moves? Btw why do we need "next move" button? Shouldn't the game proceed automatically to it, like with land combat?

Next move goes to the next unit that can fire.

Click on the unit that can fire, then click on your target.

When it is the AI's turn, you can hit next move to see each ship of the AI fire and which ship it targeted and the results.

The benefit of doing your own combat is that you can retreat any ship you want when you want and you can single out ships to kill.
