Received this message "Freed 111 pilots at level 6" in my Combat Events Report from 450306 as the allies.

What does it mean?

my guess is that he's getting close to max pilots in the array & the program did some culling of some KIA pilots

I looked at the code. It looks like its from a routine that clears out dead pilots from the pilots list. I'm not 100% sure, but the message looks like it should be a debug message. As written it isn't much use to the player.
