Possibly a bug....

Started a shadows Empire game....after the initial spaceport went up, I had a few independent traders fly in with supplies....great, needed some of that stuff for the mining bases.

Now, however, I've got about half a dozen just....sitting, dead in space, right where they originally dropped off the trade goods (planets have since orbited away, they're just sitting there).

Thought it might be a sensor bug, but just flew an explorer thru them...they're still there all right....do I need to treat them as pirate spies??? :D

Not a bug, they'll get on with their business when they are needed. They may indeed be pirate spies as well. [8D]

Yes, figured that out...most of them eventually took off somewhere....just didn't want to have a bunch of early traders be clogging up the primitive space lanes! And gathering information for potential enemies as well ;-)
