Hi Vic, could you please help? I have reloaded my windows, and I cant find anywhere to download the game file. I have my serial number. Any thoughts? Meanie.

you have to login in to the members section of this site and register your serials or find the downloads section i think. but this is not my area of expertise. this is game support. please contact matrix support for this sort of issues. a reload should be no problem. best, Vic
