hi friends... is easy. i found a colony and put ships in orbit, so im controlling it now at 100%, i build a star base here, but for any reason if i get my ships out o lose controlling that planet. in tutorial says at 50% or 100% i can build a pirate base or fortress there, but i can only build spaceports and these can be used to still controlling planet. can anyone help me? thx in advance

You build your pirate stuff (bases and fortresses) from the colony. Look at the buttons below the selection panel when the colony is selected.

thx friend unfortunately, in this tab says "NO BUILDINGS ALLOWED" someting like that. its no my colony its an independent one, cotrolled by me at 100% with starport, and one military ship in orbit.

cant build any structures in planet. maybe need to research it?

There are more than one button there, look for something green (from memory). If you have over 50(?) percent control, you should be allowed to build the hidden pirate base.

ill make an screenshot, i know what button is, but in buildings (right bottom button) says no buildings to build.

confirmed, planet controlled at 91% pressing Green button and "NO BUILDABLE FACILITIES"

why??

The pirate bases don't appear when you don't have enough money. You need 30k for balanced pirates.

The second screenshot seems to have an unrelated problem though. It says you don't control any colonies, even though you control one.
That one looks like a bug you should send.
