Theages -> Bug? Planes stay in Reserve (5/31/2013 7:24:20 PM)

On April 10th 1942 the Japanese air group 31 KuT-1 based in Clark Field had 12 ready planes and 4 reserve planes (V1123J2). On the next day it had 1 ready and 15 in reserve (V1123J2).
Since then it has never gotten more than 1 ready plane. It did not matter if the group was set to rest or to any mission.
This has been the way since 22 turns.

do you have sufficient Av support at Clark?

Planes will be put into reserve if the unit lacks pilots, the base lacks supply, or the AV support is too low.

On the turn, when the planes were put in reserve, Clark Field had >32000 supply with a need of about 11000. AV support was 240 with 171 needed. There were 16 pilots in the group. 31 KuT-1 has a maximum size of 12 Planes.
In the following turns Clark Field always had more than double (near tripple) the supplies needed. AV support stayed around 240 and now (3rd of May 1942) has a need of only 33. There were always 16 active pilots in the group.
