By chance, do they have "spend most time at war" victory condition? Might explain their propensity to enjoy war!

Yeah, Galen. Those people are really out looking for war. They fight on although I humiliate them time after time again. And their warmongering gets even worse in this next episode:

Hey, thanks, Dougo33! I've had some problems with my internet connection recently and haven't been able to upload any videos for the entire weekend, but now I'm back at it, thankfully. I think thunderstorms should be prohibited by law since they interfere with my uploading! [;)]

Yeah, Galen, those Dintaal won't accept peace. I am going to continue the war until I take them out completely. I think that's the only way to solve the problem now. Thanks! I really can't wait for EUIV! [:D]

can't wait to see how you solve the problem of really damaging them so they have to give up. Presume that means finding a solution to all those defense bases they have around their home system.

thanks for this series, its both highly informative (and has vastly improved my pre-warp gameplay) and gripping to see how it will develop

Thanks, Loki100! I start preparing to make an end to the Dintaal War in today's episode. I didn't have time, nor could I afford to do all the preparations I wanted, but that's war.

In fact, I consider today's episode of this Let's Play Series one of the very high-points in my four month career as a let's player. It's one of the best episodes I've done.

Thanks, Misadventures! I like your videos too, but I haven't gotten around to watching them all yet, but I've begun with a couple of episodes. I think you should make a thread on this forum to announce them. It would be of interest to the Distant Worlds fans and you'd get more interested viewers too.

Episode 19 Reconstruction II The previous video failed due to some kind of a glitch, but this one's OK and I continue the story. We rebuild our economy after the war and engage the pirates harrassing us.
