Menzoberranzan -> Design Templates Question (6/20/2013 8:08:48 AM) If I make a change to a race's design template for any ship/base, is that new template used on the next loading of a saved game or must I start a new game to have it take effect?

I believe the components get sorted by this list, so rearranging them would probably be useful to build shields earlier etc.
