Maybe another little problem, except if I misunderstood something.
I have an Intelligence Agent, with an evolutive bonus of +16% in Espionage.
He made several Espionage missions (like stealing maps or technologies). Each times, his Espionage progress bar evolved (from 0 to nearly 100%), but his bonus stayed at +16% and the progress bar returns to 0.
Normally his bonus should be improving, no ?
Note : never had this problem before 1.9.0.8.
