That's just a summary what happened during the game, not what happened the last turn. The number should not grow anymore from 1942 on. There are other problems with it, namely evacuations while the city is isolated.

A tad OT, but... ongoing campaign with 1.7.08? How is the NM issue affecting the game-play at that stage, and what about the known TO&E upgrade inconsistencies?
