Hexe control (Full Version)

Hi all,

How to change the side that controls a hexe ?
Even if i put an axis unit in a hexe, it remains a soviet hexe.
Even if i change from " soviet " to " axis " a town, it remains a soviet hexe.
Must be very stupid but i don't find out [8|]
