Hi there, anybody figured out how to use the Kaiten ? Tried out some things, so far not successful !

Hmm, so normal Sub Patrol mission and it will be used ? Never happened for me, at least i never got a message about ... maybe there is none [8|]
I was wondering if i had to use Sub Carrier mission ,

Nope, Sub Carrier is only for midget subs (SSX). Kaiten are torpedoes like any other.

I remember reading they have a shorter range and thus won't fire as often as standard torpedoes. Is this your experience as well?

(Don't have game open here to check ranges)
