So, how do you recover morale in your bomber groups? (BTR)
Letting them rest seems the obvious choice but they do not seem to recover with any reasonable speed.
How many points do they recover per day at the local pub?
Sending them on milk runs?

What do other allied commanders do?
Inquiring minds want to know?

I usually play the defender side, but they need too to recover their morale...
My experience is that the recovery speed depends on the group leader inspiration. A good leader (IMO 70 or higher) have good morale recovery rates. Bad leaders take a LOT of time to recover morale.

The bad thing is that you canīt chage the group leaders... but they can be downed in a mission ;)

I have some JG with bad leaders resting for a lot of time to recover morale and I keep some others in the front line with hope that they are wounded or killed in combat and replaced by better ones... Darwin rules here...

I have experienced that very good leaders, even with some combat losses, keep the group morale: in one of the sturm gruppen (ramming heavy armoured FW-190) I had a leader with inspiration 80-90, and he keep the group's morale in the 90s points even after some combat losses and continuous fighting (no rest); bad leaders on the other hand reduce the group's morale just in a single day flying without losses, or even with some combat successes...

Anyway, you can only make two things:
- resting time
- successful missions
