I remember a way back reading about the japanese E-boat that arriwes in 1944 are way overpowered.
Cant find out if its been fixed or not. But think there was a link to how to edit the stats.
Cant find that either

since were going into 1944 in my current PBEM game it would be nice to know whats up.

Super E problem is database problem.
There are modified scenarios in tech support section that fix super Es and many many more database bugs
Just replace original files.

Not sure how this will work with ongoing games but should be safe for new games.
