I learned something today (and apparently I'm a slow learner, I mean really slow). Somehow I figured out (through experimentation I think) that when my oil fields and refinery at Miri weren't repairing, it was because you must maintain a minimum of at least 10,000 supply points at that base for any repairs to occur, and as a result I started shipping supplies there and to Brunei to accomplish those repairs. I did not extend this acquired knowledge to any other case or circumstance, well ... DUH! I guess I thought that because there was plenty of supplies in the HI that I didn't have to attend to any such details there, with emphasis on 1. engine factories, 2. airplane factories or 3. air r&d factories. After being frustrated that a factory wasn't repairing at Hiroshima, I even thought 'well maybe they need more supplies' and increased their requirements accordingly. Did I think the reason many of my r&d factories were not repairing was because the game program doesn't automatically increase the "required" amount of supplies as appropriate? Naw. Duh! What a dope! I've been fighting with at minimum of a pinky if not three or four fingers tied behind my back. Unfortunately, unlike humans, gorns are able to kick themselves in the ass. I think I may have broken my hip as well as dislocated my right leg.
