Are these anything more than the population or friendliness boosts some races get from their 'cycle', or is there something mroe to them than that?

If aggressiveness increases it can cause stronger troops to be recruited. That's about all I can think of, except I know that increased friendliness results in treaties of trade more often than not. Lonnie Courtney Clay
