I tried this scenario as AXIS, I think I have already met the victory conditions at turn 8(captured all important strategic point), but the scenario is not ended automatically, I played till to turn 13, even russia had only 4 bunker garrison left on the map, but at the end I still lose. Is it a bug?

I have attached the save file turn 8 and 13

Have you checked the last beta patch?

I had installed latest patch 1.01beta.

this was not ignored, but saved for later as in fact we are at it right now and wanted to come up with the solution of this.

so this is a bug in the victory conditions, at the moment you can never win this single map.

Will be mended in next version. Thanks for reporting this.
