I wanted to check the multiplayer box and how do I log on ? How do I find the log in name that I thought was valid and password? Thanks I have placed my slitherine name and password and it gives me an error log

Your login for MP will be the same login you would use for the Slitherine site. If you can login to the forums there then your username etc are correct. Note that you would need to have registered your WitE serial to that same login though. Cheers Pip

I have the game registered through Matrix and Slitherine. I click on multiplayer and it gives me the error99 notification. I can't figure it out.

I have had the error 99 multiple times yesterday too. Seems to be ok now.

We do seem to be having some server issues after a HW failure at the data center. We are working to try and track down the problem. Apologies for the inconvenience. Cheers Pip

I'd say I've had 1 success out of 20 (or more today). Didn't work at all this morning (US Eastern time), briefly worked around 11am and then has been impossible ever since.

Still not working. I have been playing WITE via the Server since day one and have never seen it this bad. Hope it can be rectified soon.

I was able to upload a turn just now on the first try. Earlier today it took several tries.

Is there anyone from Australia who can get a download? I have tried at least 100 times over the past 2 days with no success. The 'reading' message window flashes for 12 seconds then I get error 99. I have had trouble saving before but never anything like this.

Nothing goes at the moment. But it seems to be totally random as my opponents are able to download their game files.

It's hit and miss now. I managed to get the turn saved in my game with Dave after a couple times.

Hi guys - sorry you are having problems. Our data center had a crash on the PBEM server at the weekend and since then we've been having these glitches and so far not worked out what the cause is. We're working hard to find out the cause.
