I have looked around and cannot seem to find what I am looking for, so I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction please.

Does anyone know of (or have) something that lists all the techs and the effect of them? I miss having something like the old Civ printed tech tree.

That's about it.

TBH DW's tech tree is pretty small and there is no real pathing, that is why I should imagine one has never been done. I know it is a pain but everything is laid out and easy to read in game, in that the various tech is spread over the three tabs, its just a case of looking and learning by experience, as it is small it really does not take that long to navigate. Tab W, Weapons are straight forward, tab E, things that make ships move, increase size and mining rate, tab H, things to increase the potential of the empire and your ships to put them all in a nutshell.
