Came across this -- its a tiny bug, but I guess you should have it in your system. In the Import/Export files under France: you have *two* instances of Lorient: Lorient-Lann-Bihoue NAS 2012.inst Lorient-Lann-Bihoué NAS 2012.inst This causes an impressive number of duplication errors for whoever tries to import France. I suspect the newer file is the best. The next update can delete the bad file, or replace France as a whole.
