An observation but if Hellfire gets a surface to air capability then so should a whole raft of purpose designed Soviet / Russian ATGM and gun launched ATGM which have purpose designed proximity fused fragmentation warheads with a stated design aim of anti helicopter anti low slow aircraft capability. I expect other missiles from elsewhere could also be pressed into surface to air engagements by design or necessity but from the top of my head 9M133F Kornet 9M119M Svir/Refleks 9M120-1F Attaka 9M123 KHRIZANTEMA (Not in DB489) Plus the Israeli LAHAT 120mm GLGP Are all anti air capable. That's without putting my special thinking hat on. Perhaps a similar type flag for such ATGM that have a secondary AA capability would be useful.
