Thanks guys for the suggestions and for the help.

I have to program a host of events and being my weak English, I find it hard to explain well the complex things.
The scenario in question is that of SPQR (my work in progress ...): I have the problem of limit for each legion the maximum number of soldiers and manage the replacement through the cards. Each legion had a maximum number of cohorts (SFType: 1 Cohors = 600 real soldiers)
Grymme in his scenario on the Vietnam War manages replace it with the cards and, I think, reached a certain maximum number of soldiers per unit, you can not add more.
In short I wish every legion, starting with a maximum of ten cohorts, when they suffer losses, may replace them (with the use of cards) up to the maximum of ten.
Surely the thing is not easy ...
