1. The defender will often prefer assault, and the attacker will often prefer blitzkrieg. Partly it depends on whether you're using the 2D10 attack table (an optional rule) or not. It's easier to weigh the advantages and disadvantages if you're using the default (1D10) table, but I rather like the subtleties of the 2D10 table. 2. Actually, you should save your HQ reorg points until you're pretty sure that particular HQ won't need to move again this turn (and is in a safe spot). Once you use those points, the HQ itself becomes disorganized, which means it won't move and is more vulnerable to attack. Timing when to use those reorg points is a dicey thing, as you never can be sure when the turn will end. Glad you're enjoying the game!
