Lingering Frey -> Fast play setup with new optional rules? (11/8/2013 3:10:09 PM)

Is there a way to pick the optional rules you prefer AND use the fast set-up for Global War that is provided as a saved game file?

I do not believe so... You can view their descriptions using Ctrl-O however, you cannot change them. [&:]

True.

Starting a new Barbarossa game from scratch doesn't take all that long. But you should probably run through the Fast Start saved game to get a better feel for how things go. That way you will be better prepared for the decisions you will need to make when you start a game from scratch.
