Did not receive a receipt by email on purchase to confirm, what is going on.

A receipt is always sent. Is there a chance you mistyped your e-mail address or that it is caught in your junk mail/spam filter folder? Please contact our Help Desk using the link in my signature. They can send you a new e-mail and make sure that the e-mail address in your order is correct.

Its states in your files that I purchase it, and the Serial Number, but I received not confirmation of the purchase via email.

Contacted Primus and received my receipt via email
