Hey Steve;

I am in combat resolution phase in Barbarossa Scenario Jul/Aug 1941, and I had successfully Assaulted Leningrad with a low odds Finnish force. The Navy units were then forced to rebase, I first did the convoy points and they were discovered in the Baltic Sea by a Condor (NAV) of the German Navy. After the Convoy was destroyed, I am currently stuck in the Rebase Overrun Units Digression and I can't move the remaining navy units. The German's had taken all the ports on the Baltic so in the Rules this should mean the fleet is destroyed I think ... but the program is stuck in limbo land for me.

I reloaded the game at the start of combat resolution phase, and the game is fine atm ... but I did lose the nice capture Leningrad attack. I will let you know if that forced naval rebase glitches the combat phase again if needed.

I'll add this to my list of things to investigate.

There are several ports in the Baltic the USSR might use. Besides those in the Baltic States, they can use Hanko in Finland if the Axis hasn't run a land unit over that hex.

If there were no ports at all available, the game should prompt you to destroy the naval unit(s).

One thing I was surprised about this game is that the Rebase Overrun Units Digression is made foe each ship individually (I think in the game you can do it together, for those units allowed to), I am making a chot in the dark but... maybe you have to do the Rebase Overrun Units Digression of the other units? I mean the battleships/Cruisers/subs/trs...

There could be a pop-up somewhere under the map. It happened to me. And in the ground combats as well, when you are waiting for the next one and it was simply that the machine was waiting for Advance After Combat, a pop-up I couldn't see and a subphase status I couldn't see because of the screen display problems.
