Right now the music only plays when a country is conquered. I have more places where I want to add it in. But I would like to make sure it doesn't cause problems.
For instance, the historical videos are causing problems for some players - I think that might have to do with the video player using a lot of memory, but it is a newly reported bug and I haven't investigated it. None of the beta testers had trouble with the historical videos so this bug was a surprise.
