Hi Ian and Erik Not sure if you announce it ahead of time or keep it a surprise - been accumulating my dollars for months with with Matrix's name on it.[&o]

We haven't announced the date yet, but it's always before Thanksgiving here in the US.

I grabbed Deus Ex GOTY and Baldur's Gate 2 for 4 bucks on GOG yesterday. Now I KNOW some juicy Matrix deals are on the line for X-mas. Don't disappoint us, boys! Your flock is chirpin'.

Yes, and make sure the "complete" catalog is there, last year you left out so much it was ridiculous. Now by complete I certainly don't mean the games you've released new this year as you always leave those out, but if you find it in yer heart to release a few of them at reduced prices, we'd be grateful......at least I and Boomer78 would. [:'(]

Hey Boomer - yeah I picked up Deux Ex GOTY as well yesterday and one other. Everything else they put I wanted I already had bought. Of course Matrix games even on sale require a completely different level of finance.

Of course I already have it, but, I'm keeping my eye on the others. Don't want siciliy one and got Highway to the Reich for like $7.99 years ago, so I feel like I'm ahead of the game. There's a couple this year I think and know I'm finally going to buy....if they are on the dam list.[:'(]

Very true, but with a few exceptions there aren't many games elsewhere that burn as much of my time as the Matrix catalog. Started playing Deux Ex a bit this morning... hadn't played it in years. Man, it takes some time readjusting to that old interface and game play style.

I think you should include all your games in the sale at various % off, a 10% discount on a newer game may push someone to buy. I cant be the only one thats been around awhile that basically has 99.9% of all the older games i wanted. That's a good point and a reasonable idea, Budd

I think they should offer an additional % off coupon during the sale based on the number of Matrix/Slitherine titles you already own. 10 titles = 10%, 20 titles = 20% off, etc.

I sort of like the by year % discount. 1 year = 10%, 2 years =20%, 3 years = 30%, 4 years = 40%, 5 years =50% and on up to 90% off. Wouldn't it be great to get some of these titles at 90% off?

Shortly after midnight ( my time - Chicago ) a happy holiday banner was posted on the home page - but no sale announcement - when I got up around 7 am the banner was gone and still no sale information - but they said would start today for sure on the taking a break from the weekly deal announcement. So I have no idea what's happened - if Erik and Ian have not been abducted by aliens in flying saucers from Distant Worlds (that's a hint for a sale title) perhaps they can enlighten us? I too have my credit card drooling to get started. [>:]
