Excellent game!

One quick question:
I haven't been able to figure out how to rail factories - how is that done?

Right click on the factory hex you want to move. You will need at least 2 rail moves (China never gets that many) and there has to be an enemy unit within the major power's home country.

Impressive work, this game! Thanks again for the huge effort you put into this! Not many are able to create things of this magnitude. Must be very satisfying to see it being released and played (and to see the manuals in print - not least to hold a book in hand that oneself has authored :) )
