I have a simpler version of what it would have been like for your average German soldier[sm=fighting0083.gif] That's those few that made land of course - I suspect the majority would have drowned...

Say there, warspite1... Not to belittle the "Grand Old Lady", but I must confess my admiration for the H.M.S. Hood. An aesthetically pleasing vessel, and understandably the pride of the Royal Navy. Of course this can be contested [:D]...
