El Savior -> Mi-24D Hind cannot land on AF (12/8/2013 6:08:48 PM)

I have difficulties to find suitable landing base for Hind helicopter (#456 Soviet). I have plotted single-unit AF (tried 400m, 2000m and heliport). Also tried to make 400m airfield with taxiway, pads, etc.
Hind cannot land on any of the af. I got message: "cannot be hosted by its current single-unit airfield 1400-200m Runway. Reason: The aircraft cannot be hosted on any air facility here."
What kind of facility Hind-helicopter needs?
