Lnestig -> Map question (12/12/2013 7:15:35 AM)

The swedish archipelago is rather ruff on the map, is there any chance that the ingame map will be more exact in the future regarding where islands are located?

Dimitris -> RE: Map question (12/12/2013 7:18:19 AM)

Hello,

Which islands precisely are problematic?

Lnestig -> RE: Map question (12/12/2013 8:00:11 AM)

Maybe I was a bit inexact with my request, the islands that are on the map are ok but I would like to have more of the smaller islands present on the map if possible.

I know it's probably a minor problem for most people but the swedish navy's primary operation area is in the archipelago and some of the advantages of the small islands is to hide ships from radar and missile attacks.

Im trying to create a scenario including the island of Mellsten in Stockholms southern archipelago and when I'm trying to add the piers at it's accurate place it's impossible since they are underwater according to the map.

Maybe if it's possible you could make the borders between land and sea just ouside land instead of just inside land.

I understand that this probably is way, way down on your priority list, just asking nicely.

By the way you have created a fantastic game here, keep up the good work :)

I think you can place it on where Command thinks theres land, then select, hit the m key and move it to being in the water. Just dont do it with SAMs cause i think i remember it messes up their DLZ calculations

In fact, the Command team (Ragnar) have spent quite some time to modify the archipelago of Stockholm [8D] After these modifications all coastal forts and radars can be imported to the correct position. (You can see were I've put MS1 from the import file.)

There's a general problem with coast line not fitting the depth data - look at the depth in the data block.
