that's still very impressive, since as far as I know there were a maximum of only 94 clubs in the top 4 flights (92 now)

Bugger me, that was far,far harder than I thought it would be! Only able to do it as I used to collect British Army cap badges when I was a kid. I read those collectors' books so much, the names were burned in my memory. That, plus an unhealthy/healthy interest in military history.
