Majorball68 -> Russia vs Japan (12/15/2013 10:01:57 PM) What restrictions are there for a Russia DOW on Japan or vica versa from 1939. Is there something which triggers a Pact or peace or is it an agreement with the players that can end it only.

Ur_Vile_WEdge -> RE: Russia vs Japan (12/16/2013 5:57:20 AM) There aren't any restrictions on declaring war. There's a much played option 50, that allows for a compulsory peace the first time they come to blows,but as I understand it, MWiF doesn't implement it properly yet.
