khucke -> having problems with 1.08 (12/25/2013 6:13:04 PM)

After having updated to 1.08 I very quickly ran into error messages either during the lend lease phase or the US setup at the latest. I tried several scenarios with hot seat mode. Continue application button didn't work, had to leave game. I have since reverted to 1.07 and everything is back to normal.

BeastieDog -> RE: having problems with 1.08 (12/25/2013 7:57:02 PM)

1.08 produces madexcept upon unit setup. Re-downloaded and tried again with same result. Sent email. Replaced with 1.07 which works fine. Has anyone gotten 1.08 to work?

Yep, I'm having problems too. None of my set-up savegames I had will play. They will load but the moment I advance the game it crashes. My recent savegames seem to work ok so far and even as far back as a couple days.

Trying to setup aligned units.....boom! crash! bang!

OttoRuge -> RE: having problems with 1.08 (12/25/2013 8:33:27 PM)

Tried reinstalling 1.07, but now the saves done in 1.08 won't open... Anyone got an idea for a way around this?? Else I will have to go back 3 impulses or wait for 1.09[:(]

WarHunter -> RE: having problems with 1.08 (12/25/2013 8:37:45 PM)

Continued game from last save point. End of turn Phase, Remove air units phase.
No problems so far with 1.08, currently at Naval move CW. July/Aug 1940.

If anything comes up I'll report it.

I just tried to place a partisan in v1.0.8. Game crashed.

Placing units onto the map fails with 1.0.8.0. I uploaded 1.0.8.2 which fixes that problem.
