HariSeldon -> Pirates steal techs I don't have (12/31/2013 12:09:02 AM) In my most recent new game, pirates raided one of my colonies, and they stole me "advancements in ship scanning. But I didn't start to research ship scanning and it is still on 0%. Excellent last hours in 2013 to all.
