Description: Mercury suborbital with crew always fails at the same point, retrofire. I've tried different controllers, different pilots, no chance.

Are you reloading from a save and running the mission in the same turn every time? There is an identified bug where rerunning a mission in the same turn will generate a failure at exactly the same place.

Hmm, the problem is probably with new patch. I try reload earlier savegames and every missions even different projects failed.

I delete all savegames and try it from the beginning.
