CW Convoy problem

In Global War solitaire - the production window is only recognizing factories and the 3 saved OIL. It seems as the convoy system isnt recognized at all.

I hate the convoy system! When we played the board game, we could simplify it with "House Rules". You can't do that with the computer version....
