aircraft crashing out of fuel

I am still getting aircraft crashing out of fuel that are simply assigned to AAW patrol missions, didn't engage anything during their mission, I didn't change the patrol reference points during their flight. Is this happening to others? 12:22:39 AM - Ripper #4 (F-15C Eagle) has run out of fuel and crashed! Okay, I think ref points are moving somehow. So if the ref points are moving it seems to cause aircraft to crash out of fuel.
