Shemar -> [FIXED BY 1.04] Message log reverts to the main Window (1/12/2014 8:44:40 PM)

This is a very minor annoyance. Every time I close the game the Message Log in Separate Window option is cleared.
My best guess is that it is tied to the logic that clears that option when the player manually closes the message log. When I tell the game to close it closes secondary windows first, including the Message Log window, which causes the above metnioned trigger to fire and revert to showing the message log into the main window.
