V 1.40, Crash supposedly due to naval related issue. Zip file is attached. Hope you can fix it, the game was going quite ok

Thanks, for reporting, bad news is , yes we know this bug, good news we have it fixed, we hope to update the 1.4 open Beta patch next week.
