SRNae -> At what size to independent colonies tend to create new empires? (1/30/2014 7:55:02 PM) Is there a range of size when independent colonies turn into new empires? Or is it a semi random value when you see one switch over? The reason I am asking is trying to develop a strategy of allowing nearby independents time to grow as large as possible without ticking over so I can invade and enslave.
