I get that they're on an island and it's not going to hit really arctic temperatures at that point, but... I was just being silly, carry on.

You'd think it would have been removed for scrap some years ago AS to dive depth, roughly 100ft or so

The holes are basically the same size...even the metal around the shell holes is still bent at exactly the same angles. Even the hole near the nose end is still just barely visible above the turf.
