Mike29 -> Can not create a division (2/22/2014 7:02:08 PM) On t12 I can not enable divisional command for a leader. It writes possible reason "all of my 0 divisions are in the field or creation did not enabled yet for my nation". What is this?

Ol Choctaw -> RE: Can not create a division (2/22/2014 8:21:25 PM) I think turn 12 Apr Campaign is still too early to form divisions. Early Oct. '62 is the earliest you can form them.
