In Nighty-Nite scenario, many bugs with Star Shell Capabilities are present.
You can't use normally Star Shell Capabilities. In order to light the Star Shell button with a selected leader, you need to click right in one hex on the map. But after that, every Star Shell dice roll is always successeed. Furthermore, you can use all the leaders to try Star Shell in the same impulse.

For information, I play with v1.2.
