Hello,

Just a simple question, I would like to know if (or will be) is possible to add a bonus for armored infantry troops ?

For example, the bonus would add as: Armor +1 (or +2 for this picture [:D])
And would be valid both in melee and in shootout.

I tried adding armor values to a squad but it did not register. I guess you could make each soldier a vehicle with no turret and cannot button. I'm not sure how to set what crew you get on a bail though.

Ah, first track, thank you [;)].
I know it does not exist in the rules and the periods treated don't really need heavy armor.
But, the modding is open so I ask myself if is possible. It would actually be a + for the game, there are not many games at squad level in a futuristic universe.

Vehicles and infantry getting hit are two totally different systems. I'm not sure how you would account for armor on infantry right now - a penalty to the attacker doesn't seem right, it would have to have the whole Pen vs. Armor roll needed somewhere, and then I guess hit them with the HE effect as FP?

It's probably best to make them fake vehicles, though right now all vehicles have facing, which may or may not be what you are looking for.

I give the example of armor in knowing that futuristic weapons have better firepower.
"If" it would be possible to have an armor roll for the infantry, that would be really excellent [:)].

I not looking for anything special, I would especially like to know if this is possible today with the editor or if it will be implemented later, or never if it is not your will [;)].
I have not yet taken the step to purchase the game for lack of money, but the possibility of having a futuristic mod really enchants me.
