Windom Earle -> Kh-31 loadouts (3/27/2014 6:17:58 PM)

Wikipedia states Russian Su-27SM, Su-30, Su-33, Su-34, Su-35, MiG-29M, MiG-29K and Su-24M as Kh-31 (A,P) launch platforms.
However, a link there it cited (#4) mentions only Su-17M, Su-24M and Su-30MK for that role.
DB3000 build 409 has only Kh-31 loadouts for Su-34, MiG-29K and Su-24M out of those.
I don't now how accurate Wikipedia is for Kh-31, so I wonder - is that intended for CMANO or loadouts just weren't added yet?

P.S. Devs, thank you for such a great game!

Taken from my non-english bookmarks, at least these planes should be able to carry one or more of these missiles.

Taken from czech sources, not sure if i can provide the sources in english.

MiG-21bis UPG
MiG-29K
MiG-29KUB
Su-24M
Su-27SM
Su-27UBM
Su-30MKI
Su-30MKK
Su-30MK2
Su-35S

Doubt the Mig-21bis UPG carried it operationally. Perhaps a test aircraft?

According to several (albeit czech sources) i can confirm that the very latest MiG-21bis UPG (MiG-21-93, which was first flown in 1995) can carry one piece of Ch-31P/A (AS-17 Krypton) missile.

Dimitris -> RE: Kh-31 loadouts (3/28/2014 9:42:04 AM)

So the 21-93 upgrade was indeed adopted by someone? (Other than Indian Bisons) Pray tell.

Thanks for your feedback Windom [8D]

But "can carry" and "uses operationally" is not quite the same thing, and we're going with the "uses operationally" in the database.

Thanks!

Tailhook -> RE: Kh-31 loadouts (1/18/2015 8:40:22 AM)

I'm not seeing the option to load any KH-31 A's to the SU-34, SU-24M, or SU-24M2 via loadout. All are listed as "Air Force" but I can't find any Navy variants in the DB (these are meant to be Crimean Defenders, which is a SU-24M Naval Aviation Squadron). I can load the P ARM version just fine. I have been able to load them with the MiG-29K "Navy". I'm using 1.06, DB3000 Build 420 in a scenario set in 2017.
